Refund Policy

Refund in First 3 Days
If you are not completely satisfied with our services, and you notify Rox Networks in writing via email or fax within the first 5 days of your contract that you wish to cancel, you will be given a 100%* refund of the contract amount in case the bandwidth usage in not more than 10MB. If a refund is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 10 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund. (Depending on Bank policy and Payment type) If you have not received your refund after 10 days, please inform us using contact form.
* Minus Payments Fees for e-Gold, WireCard and MoneyBookers.
